Order a Plasma Screen

How do I make an order? To order a plasma screen or accessory from us, simply print an order form and fax it to us on 0208 3327456. For next day delivery, give us a call on 0800 073 0835 to check we have stock.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB card, bankers draft or cheque. If you want to pay by cheque, we can despatch goods prior to the cheque clearing! (Subject to credit rating and a 1% surcharge).

Standard Terms and Conditions

Same day or next day delivery Most plasmas we list are in stock and ready to ship to you. If you're in a hurry to get a plasma, you've found the right supplier. In most cases we can ship straight to you for delivery tomorrow - or if you are around London, we can often deliver same day.

Need anything else? We have a complete range of peripherals for practically every plasma, meaning you can set up a truly breath taking system. Our sales advisors can give you more information.

Installation Plasma screens are reasonably easy to set up, it is more a question of weight, but if you would like help, no problem - we have an installation service too. Our sales advisors can give you more information.

What happens if the plasma screen breaks down? All new plasma screen TVs come with at least one years manufacturer's warranty, as standard. If you're buying an ex-demo or ex-hire plasma screen the warranty will vary according to how old the screen is. For all new plasmas, the warranty is provided by the maunfacturer of the plasma. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please call for details.

Why we don't take online payments To take credit cards online costs suppliers approximately two percent of every transaction. The only way to meet this cost is to pass the cost on to the consumer. With high value goods like an average plasma (approximately £2500) this means about £50 of your money is spent just so you can order online instead of ordering by phone. Rather than charge you an extra £50, we pass the savings on to you. By taking credit card orders over the phone we don't have to pay extra transaction fees, so we keep our prices as low as they can go and ahead of the competition. You still get the convenience of paying by credit card, but you save yourself money at the same time.
